  • User Acquisition: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to attract new users to the mobile wallet platform. Utilize various channels such as online advertising, social media, content marketing, and partnerships to reach target audiences.
  • User Engagement: Create and implement strategies to increase user engagement and loyalty. This includes developing personalized marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and gamification elements to encourage repeat usage.
  • Brand Building: Strengthen the brand identity and reputation of the mobile wallet company. Develop brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning strategies that resonate with the target market.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics such as user acquisition costs, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve marketing objectives.


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or mobile technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving user acquisition goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
