Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer (BDO) will drive company growth by conducting market research, generating leads, and developing strategic plans. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing project execution, and coordinating marketing efforts for property listings. The role also involves preparing performance reports, representing the company at industry events, and conducting field visits.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, potential clients, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and execute strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Identify, generate, and manage new business leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct engaging presentations, negotiate deals, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build valuable connections.
  • Create and update property listings for advertising, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing efforts for real estate listings, including both online and offline strategies to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers or investors.
  • Conduct field visits to properties, meet with clients, and gather firsthand information to support business development efforts and client interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development goals and managing client relationships.
