Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Online Saathi in Kathmandu. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
