Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Muktinath Itech Company in Kathmandu. The Export Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and leading the team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in International Business, Agriculture, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management, preferably in the agricultural sector.

• Proven track record of successful international sales and business development.

• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations & documentation.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
