Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent at Varnabas Museum Hotel in Kathmandu. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Customer service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in hospitality or tourism industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
