Position: Business Development Manager

Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will expand EIEC’s client base and identify new business opportunities. You should have a strong background in sales and marketing with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining client relationships.

In addition, you will oversee marketing efforts to ensure alignment with business development goals. This includes managing both online and offline campaigns, optimizing brand positioning, and leveraging marketing insights to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, and agency partners.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee marketing activities, including online and offline campaign management and brand positioning.
• Onboard and manage franchise offices, ensuring they align with company standards and objectives.
• Handle B2B agreements and negotiations with business partners and agency collaborators.
• Collaborate with digital agency and internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with preferred experience in the education consultancy business.
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of market research and strategy development.
• Experience overseeing online and offline marketing functions and campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
