This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter at Pumpernickel Bakery in Kathmandu. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of customer service, communicating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring efficient food service operations.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service experience
• Experience in cooking or food preparation
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
