As we expand our team, we're looking for someone who lives and breathes in writing content to help us create viral content that resonates with our audience.


Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop creative and persuasive copy for various marketing materials including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and more.

2. Adapt writing style and tone to suit various platforms and audiences in both the UK and Nepal markets.

3. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform and enhance the copywriting process.

4. Optimize existing content as needed, updating it to reflect current trends, products, or client requests.

5. Work closely with graphic designers, digital marketers, and other team members to develop cohesive marketing campaigns.

6. Tailor content to fit the cultural nuances and preferences of the UK and Nepal markets, ensuring relevance and impact.

7. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, cultural shifts, and consumer behavior in both regions to keep the content fresh and effective.

8. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms and materials, ensuring that all content reflects the brand's identity and values.

9. Monitor the performance of content through analytics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.

10. Provide regular reports on content performance and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.


Other Requirements:

1. Proven experience: 1+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within the marketing and advertising industry.

2. International exposure: Experience working with or writing for diverse markets, particularly the UK and Nepal, is highly desirable.

3. Deep understanding of cultural nuances in both the UK and Nepal, with the ability to create content that resonates with local audiences.

4. Bachelor’s degree: Preferred in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5. Ability to think strategically about content’s role within broader marketing campaigns and client goals.
