Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels, including direct sales, online platforms, and partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Gain a deep understanding of our EV products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Track and analyze sales performance, prepare accurate sales reports, and provide insights to management.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
- Understanding of electric vehicles and the automotive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Must be able to ride.
