About the job:

Global Select Education and Migration Services is Australia based company and is seeking to strengthen the Creative Department with new addition of Junior Creative Graphics/Motion Graphics Designer to help elevate visual identity and branding across digital platforms.

You will play a key role in creating compelling visuals and animations that communicate our brand story and support our mission of helping international students achieve their educational and migration goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce static graphics and motion graphics for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts that align with our brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating assets for video content, including animations for reels, ads, and presentations.
• Support the design of digital and print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Stay current on design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output.

Minimum qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Can work in fast paced environment and is highly adaptive.
• Basic understanding of animation principles and motion graphics techniques.
• Strong visual design and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design and motion graphics work.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1-2 years of dedicated work experience.
• Good grasp and knowledge of digital marketing trends and content creation strategies.
• Prior work or internship experience in the education or migration industry is a plus.
• Familiar with Canva and AI tools to increase productivity.
