Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and promote the firm’s services to prospective clients.

The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time on-site role in Kathmandu. If you are passionate about the intersection of finance, marketing, and compliance, and possess the skills necessary to drive impactful outcomes, we invite you to join our dynamic team.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the firm’s growth objectives and target markets.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

· Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media etc.

· Create and manage content for the website, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.

· Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring messaging aligns with the firm’s values and services.

· Plan and coordinate events and webinars to promote the firm’s services and attract potential clients.

· Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other software to measure ROI and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· MBA in Marketing/Sales/Finance

· 4- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.

· Strong understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
