We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and Laravel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing the backend of our web applications, ensuring robust performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code within the Laravel framework.
• Build and optimize secure, scalable backend architecture for web applications and APIs.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs with backend systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data security and integrity.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in backend development with PHP.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and OOP principles.
• Proficiency in MySQL
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless integration.
• Experience in building and maintaining large-scale applications with high traffic.
• Solid understanding of security principles and web application vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS).
• Experience with Linux and AWS
• Experience with Apache Solr.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex backend tasks independently.
