Job Description
The MIS Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s management information systems, ensuring smooth operation, data accuracy, and timely reporting. This role is critical in providing accurate and actionable insights to support business operations, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's MIS to support sales, inventory, and distribution processes.
- Generate timely reports on sales, stock levels, distribution metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the system, facilitating decision-making for senior management and department heads.
- Ensure proper functioning of the MIS and work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Work on automating data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- Atleast 1 year of experience in MIS role
- Proficiency in advanced Ms Excel is a must
- Data analysis skills and data interpretation
- Problem identification and problem solving
