Job Overview:

As an HR and Admin Intern at Aayulogic Pvt. Ltd., you will assist the HR and administrative teams in various tasks related to employee management, recruitment, office administration, and day-to-day operations. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in human resources and office administration, helping you gain insight into the inner workings of a company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation, setting up workstations, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure that HR databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize internal events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.
  • Assist in managing employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support in preparing HR reports and metrics as required by the HR team.
  • Assist in general office management tasks, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office facilities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with providing product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of our HRIS software.
  • Help manage company communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and distributing internal memos.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining office records.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing support and answering questions related to the HRIS software.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures, based on client feedback and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:

o  Strong interest in HR technology and willingness to learn new software systems.

o  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

o  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

o  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

o  Experience in delivering presentations or demonstrations is a plus.
