Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide excellent customer service, answering customer's questions and concerns.
- Answers and appropriately routes inbound telephone calls responding to inquiries and taking messages or transferring as appropriate.
- Frequently communicates directly with customers. Obtains information and documentation from customers to complete mortgage applications and cost estimates.
- Provides professional and friendly customer service and information to customers via calls, SMS and emails.
- Converting leads into prospective clients.
- Directs and coordinates clients with proper mortgage staff.
- Assist assigned loan officers with loan submissions and document follow up.
- Responsible for the communication and follow up between Loan Officers, Clients, and processing staff. Acts as a liaison between parties to ensure clear and constant communication.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Preferably master’s in business or any discipline
- Similar experience if any.

Work Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 AM to 2:30PM (with on hour break)

Salary
