Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our unique mountain lodge experiences to potential clients. This role involves driving sales growth, establishing and nurturing relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and direct clients, and contributing to the company’s overall revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Mountain Lodges of Nepal.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and individual travelers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Provide information on our lodges, trekking packages, and other services, tailoring offers to meet client needs.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings and expand our client base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Ensure Agent Groups Hotels Reservations, Fight Reservations, operation file caring, creating itineraries for new product.
  • Manage and follow up on leads and sales inquiries.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including achieving targets and KPIs. Provide regular updates to the GSM on progress and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mountain trekking and lodge-based accommodations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their travel needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
