Omega BPO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team and drive our growth by managing and expanding our international client base.

Job Summary: The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with international clients, and driving strategic initiatives to expand our global footprint. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of international markets, and the ability to create and execute business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify new international markets and business opportunities.

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop strategies for growth.

• Identify, approach, and secure new clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and services to meet client needs.

• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns targeting international audiences.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of four(4) years of experience in core business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record in handling international clients.


Skills:


• Strong understanding of international markets and business practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluency in English language.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.

• Adaptability and openness to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
