Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and lead our digital marketing team with a proven track record in managing and executing digital marketing strategies, ability to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire new customers across various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for creating and implementing effective online marketing campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time on-site role in Kathmandu. If you are passionate about the intersection of finance, marketing, and compliance, and possess the skills necessary to drive impactful outcomes, we invite you to join our dynamic team. 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives and enhance online presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing efforts to optimize traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to provide data-driven insights and optimize ROI.
  • Manage content creation and distribution across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Implement and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies to drive customer acquisition.
  • Have a great understanding of Web Design and Web Development.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • In depth Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Good knowledge of Accounts, Tax and Finance
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple teams, projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in English and Nepali
  • At least Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Prior Working Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a plus
