Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tour Officer at Sumegh Tours and Travels. The Tour Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel bookings, international and domestic tours, providing recommendations and expert guidance, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. Your role will involve coordinating with various service providers, managing tour, visa assistance, and hotel bookings. The Tour Officer will also be responsible for resolve issues and ensuring each tour is tailored to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop international tour itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, local guides, and other service providers to arrange tour logistics.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information about destinations, travel regulations, and cultural insights.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and any issues that arise during tours promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry developments.
• Promote and market tour packages to potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on domestic & international tours.
• Experience in handling travel bookings and coordinating logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in any filed.
• In-depth knowledge of popular international destinations and travel logistics.
• Knowledge regarding visa procedures and documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, Fluency in English and Nepali.
• Proficiency in travel management software and booking systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.
