Spark Car is a leading car rental service provider located in Kathmandu that provides 24/7 vehicle and driver hire service for any travel purpose throughout Nepal.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive Com Operation with Spark Car - Leading Car Rental Service Provider, located in Kathmandu. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing reservations and coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, and other operational staff. You will also be required to maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback, monitor metrics such as call waiting times, and contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Customer Service Management, etc.)

·        High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

·        2 years of proven experience in customer service, sales, or telesales roles.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Nepali.

·        Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

·        Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word, and experience using customer service software and tools

·        Fluency in both written and spoken Nepali and English, with the ability to handle customer interactions in both languages with ease

·        Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to work in rotating shifts

·        Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and updates

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
