Location: Test Preparation Nepal, Kathmandu
Reports To: Test Preparation Manager
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Officer at Test Preparation Nepal serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and organized environment, ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently handled and that inquiries are promptly addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary, providing accurate and timely information regarding courses, schedules, and other services.
- Student Registration: Assist in the enrollment process by providing information on available courses, guiding prospective students through the registration process, and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and filed correctly.
- Maintain Front Desk Operations: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring that brochures, forms, and promotional materials are available and up-to-date.
- Schedule Appointments: Manage the appointment calendar for consultations, trial classes, and other meetings, coordinating with the Test Preparation Manager and other staff members.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, student details, and other relevant information in the designated databases or systems.
- Monitor Attendance: Assist in tracking student attendance and following up on absences as directed by the Test Preparation Manager.
- Handle Payments: Process payments for courses and materials, issuing receipts and maintaining financial records as required.
- Support Marketing Activities: Assist with marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and providing information about upcoming events and offers.
- Customer Service: Address any complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues to the Test Preparation Manager when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: Plus 2 pass (12th pass).
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude with a polite and professional demeanor.
Working Hours:
Sunday to Friday, 7 AM to 2 PM
