Time: 7am – 4pm

Location: Onsite

Working Days: Monday – Friday


The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Executive, ensuring efficient operation and management of the executive office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of IT and management expertise, enabling them to assist with both administrative and technical tasks effectively.


Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain professional relationships.
  2. Assist in planning and executing special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  3. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  5. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/Co-founder.


Requirements



  1. Excellent verbal and written communication.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  4. Strong technical skills, including familiarity with various IT systems and software.
  5. Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
