Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior HR & Admin Officer to join our Human Resources & Admin department. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and schedules
  • Ensure employees are following HR policies and assist in HR policies making
  • Assist in performance evaluation


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations and lunch for staffs and guests as needed.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Process insurance claims


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work experience in HR and/or administration for 6months to 1 year is required.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
