Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior HR & Admin Officer to join our Human Resources & Admin department. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and schedules
- Ensure employees are following HR policies and assist in HR policies making
- Assist in performance evaluation
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations and lunch for staffs and guests as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Process insurance claims
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work experience in HR and/or administration for 6months to 1 year is required.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
