Responsibilities
· Meet monthly & annual targets of sales, visits & inquiries.
· Handle sales team & effective mobilization.
· Training of sales team on regular basis.
· Report management & principal company on timely/ as & when required.
· Handle each & every inquiry till job completion & receipt of payment.
· Should be highly target oriented & believe in performance based culture.
· Should be able to work in odd hours also/ flexible timing.
· Should be flexible in aggressive travelling.
· Should be able to work under pressure.
· Should be well versed with MS office applications
· Should be highly for target oriented
· Strong relation to be built up with principal companies.
Qualifications
Education :Min Bachelor's Graduate in Management/ Engineering (Preferable)
Experience : Above 7 to 8 Years of Experience
