Job Description
We are seeking a professional and dynamic Virtual Front Desk Receiptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage scheduling for consultations, workshops, and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination and timely reminders.
  • Maintain and update client records and ensure all interactions are documented accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and preparing reports.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts by managing social media interactions and assisting with promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in Nepali and English language.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
