- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage scheduling for consultations, workshops, and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination and timely reminders.
- Maintain and update client records and ensure all interactions are documented accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and preparing reports.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts by managing social media interactions and assisting with promotional activities.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in Nepali and English language.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
