Salary: Nrs 50,000 + Monthly Incentives  

Job Overview:

A "Killlleerrrr" digital marketing company seeks a crazyyyy Business Development Manager to join its growing team.

MUST have a passion for driving business growth, a strong network within the advertising industry, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients, including advertising agencies and corporate clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and pitch services to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.

- Create and deliver compelling presentations using tools like Canva to showcase advertising strategies and campaign results.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earnings through incentives.

Requirements:  

1. Experience: 

  - Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing or business development, specifically within the advertising or marketing field.

2. Commute:

  - Must own a personal vehicle for daily commute.

3. Network:

  - Strong network of clientele, including connections with advertising agencies and corporate marketing managers.

4. Skills:

  - Proficient in presentation tools such as Canva.  

  - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

5. Education:

  - A Bachelor's degree (completed) is preferred.

6. Leadership:

  - Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team effectively.
