Position: Back End Developer

Job Description

Diagonal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to design, build and maintain efficient and scalable server-side systems. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end elements, ensure optimal performance and develop robust APIs. 

Key Responsibilities :  

• Develop, test and maintain backend applications using Node.js, PHP or similar technologies. 
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration. 
• Optimize performance for scalability and maintainability. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, to ensure the best possible performance and user experience. 
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. 

Requirements:  

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in backend development using Laravel (PHP) or Node.js. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. 
• Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic database management practices. 
• Strong understanding of API development. 
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). 

Bonus Skills: 

• Front-end development experience with React/Vue/Angular. 
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS is a plus). 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD). 
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
