Job Description

Job Overview:

The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing customized business proposals, managing the company’s digital presence, coordinating with external agencies for marketing initiatives, conducting in-depth market research, and driving business development efforts. Additionally, this role involves handling social media platforms, preparing reports for the Company President, and participating in industry events to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customized Business Proposals & Presentations:

  • Conduct thorough market research to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Prepare well-structured and tailored business proposals and presentations that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with company objectives.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media content plans across all platforms to align with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Monitor and engage with social media platforms to build the brand’s online presence and maintain consistency.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and lead generation.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the management and regular updates of the company website.
  • Coordinate with web development agencies to ensure the website is optimized for both user experience and search engines.

Coordination with External Marketing Agencies:

  • Act as the main point of contact for external marketing agencies, ensuring that all initiatives are executed according to the company’s brand and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor the progress and results of campaigns to ensure they meet agreed objectives.

Market Research & Business Development:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in industry events, networking, and identifying potential leads.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Event Participation & Coordination:

  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company-sponsored events to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

Report Preparation & Data Analysis:

  • Use advanced Excel skills to organize, manage, and present data in reports.
  • Prepare insightful and actionable reports for the Company President, covering marketing performance, business development progress, and other key metrics.


Specification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing or business development role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and report preparation using Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
