Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Services Representative at Nepal Investment and Securities Trading in Biratnagar. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and offering guidance and support to clients on a day-to-day basis.

• Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in English and Nepali language
