Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Representative located at one of our clients in Kathmandu. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Technical skills for basic issue resolution
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in related or any field.
