Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional clients
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts
  • Build, Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
  • Analyze sales data and use it to inform business decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities
  • Collaborate with the installation team and procurement to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure proper installations of the system as per planned and design
  • Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
  • Handover to customer with proper guidance and assistance
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Audio-Video Industry market trends, competition, and customer needs
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company and build relationships with potential customers


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build, lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
  • Experience in B2B sales and Key Account Management is essential
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
