Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a graduate degree in any discipline. Exceptions may be considered for deserving candidates.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competencies: Proven skills in managing large institutions would be preferable. Background in sales, marketing, or background screening

companies would be an added advantage.

  • Computer Skills: Above-average skills in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and preparing reports, and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • General Knowledge: Familiarity with the Background Screening Industry.
  • Other: The candidate must be open to travel within India at short notice as required for the role.

Job Purpose (Role)

The primary purpose of this role is to take ownership of managing relationships with Issuing Authorities (IA) in India and other countries within Nepal for Dataflow Group. The role involves planning and executing initiatives to enhance and maintain these relationships, ensuring cooperation from IAs for various IA-related Dataflow projects and seamless response to verification requests

Primary Task: The main task is to plan and execute initiatives that strengthen and manage IA relationships in the assigned regions. This is crucial for the success of

Dataflow operations. The role will act as the central coordinating agency for IA-related activities in the assigned regions and be the single point of contact for operational teams in case of any IA-related concerns and challenges.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for managing IA relationships in the assigned regions aligning with Dataflow Group's interests.
  • Coordinate all IA-related activities and ensure effective communication with verification team members and IA Partnership Manager for Nepal
  • Identify opportunities for mutual cooperation with IAs and plan and execute initiatives to foster collaboration.
  • Play a key role in initiatives to encourage critical IA's to prioritize requests from Dataflow Group, reducing verification response time.
  • Manage aspects related to verification fee charges by IAs to prevent arbitrary cost increases.
  • Handle challenges arising from IAs that refuse to verify certificates, resolving any issues as needed.
  • Travel extensively within North , Central and Eastern Nepal as required for IA resolution and partnership-related activities.
