Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads, focusing on website development, mobile apps development, and custom software development clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

- Sales Conversion: Conduct meetings with potential clients, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert leads into successful sales.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets.

- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the development and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.


### Job Specification:


Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of website development, mobile apps development, and custom software development is an advantage.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of converting leads into sales.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and client needs to make informed business decisions.

- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
