Position: Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist (Nepal)

Job Description

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI for our clients. You will work closely with our content, web development, and marketing teams to implement best practices and stay ahead of industry trends. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior SEO team members and contributing to our overall digital strategy.

8 hrs per day,5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for clients across various industries.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Seranking, etc.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and develop new content strategies.
• Manage link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and site credibility.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Lead client communication, reporting, and presentations to demonstrate SEO performance and progress.
• Mentor and train junior SEO specialists, sharing your expertise and guiding them toward career growth.
• Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, social media, and email marketing when necessary.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Seranking, etc.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and website analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for client presentations and relationship building.
• A proactive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the SEO curve.
