  • Monitor system performance and delivery metrics diligently, using non-technical methods to detect, track, and report issues. Analyze trends to preemptively address potential problems.
  • Act as a crucial liaison between product, delivery, and account management teams, ensuring smooth information flow and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation on processes, issue resolution, and product updates for internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure data delivery meets client expectations and service agreements to enhance client success.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through insights from delivery metrics and client feedback. Recommend enhancements to product features, service delivery, and operational processes.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or a related field is preferable.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a product analysis, quality assurance, or a similar role preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of data services and the technical landscape, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical teams.
