Position: Product and Delivery Analyst

Job Description

Monitor system performance and delivery metrics diligently, using non-technical methods to detect, track, and report issues. Analyze trends to preemptively address potential problems.
Act as a crucial liaison between product, delivery, and account management teams, ensuring smooth information flow and efficient issue resolution.
Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation on processes, issue resolution, and product updates for internal teams and clients.
Ensure data delivery meets client expectations and service agreements to enhance client success.
Contribute to continuous improvement through insights from delivery metrics and client feedback. Recommend enhancements to product features, service delivery, and operational processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or a related field is preferable.
Minimum 1 year experience in a product analysis, quality assurance, or a similar role preferred.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Basic understanding of data services and the technical landscape, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical teams.
