Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Identify and resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the root cause
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using company systems and processes
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Follow up to ensure that customer complaints are resolved and that customers are satisfied
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication is essential
  • Empathy: Ability to listen to customers and show understanding and compassion
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Quick to assess situations and provide effective solutions
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure no details are missed in documenting customer interactions
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
  • Team Player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and improve processes
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to learning new processes
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or a related field preferred
