- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Identify and resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the root cause
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using company systems and processes
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up to ensure that customer complaints are resolved and that customers are satisfied
