Job Title: Project Sales Engineer

Duty Station: Head Office Based, Kathmandu

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for driving sales and business development,

2.      Managing customer complaints, preparing reports, and coordinating laboratory testing of construction materials.

3.      The role demands a blend of technical expertise, marketing acumen, and excellent communication skills to meet customer needs and company objectives.

4.      Provide technical support to the sales team and assist in product presentations.

5.      Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

6.      Create technical marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, and presentations.

7.      Address and resolve customer complaints related to cement products.

8.      Prepare detailed reports on complaint investigations and resolutions.

9.      Provide technical advice and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

10.  Conduct on-site visits to investigate and diagnose issues reported by customers.

11.  Assist the sales team with technical expertise during client meetings and negotiations.

·        Strong Communication (Nepali & English)

·        Strong negotiation Skills

Education:

·        Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

·        Around 1-2 years of experience in related field

Transportation

·        Must have a two wheeler with a valid license
