Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Kathmandu. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing the sales team, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to maximize profitability. They will also be involved in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications

- Team Management and Leadership abilities
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Experience in CRM systems and Sales Analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles
- Knowledge of the Kathmandu market is a plus
