Position Title: Admin Intern

Department: Administration

Reports to: Operations In-charge

Location: Kantipur Television Network Limited

Duration: 3 months


1. Background:

Kantipur Television Network Limited is a leading media and broadcasting company dedicated to excellence in content delivery and operational efficiency. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR and Operations Intern to support our Human Resources and Operations departments in various functions and initiatives.


2. Objectives:

The primary objective of the HR and Operations Intern is to assist in the smooth running of HR and operational activities, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.


3. Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in the recruitment documentations

·        Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation and training materials

·        Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

·        Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

·        Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks.

·        Help in managing inventory and procurement processes.

·        Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.

·        Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.


4. Qualifications:

·        Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·        Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges
