Job Description
Experience and Qualification
· Master’s with 5 plus years of experience or bachelors with 10 plus years of experience in FMCG Industry.
· Two Sales roles experience (one in Traditional Trade, other can be in Organized trade, key account management, revenue management, trade marketing, GTM)
· Strong analytical & presentation skills (MS Excel, PPT expert)

Ø Towering strength in Sales Operation and a passion for Market Execution
Ø Strong Inter-personal skills to build strategic wiring with Distributors /Customers

Ø Excellent collaboration skills to effectively represent the needs of the territory while partnering with region leaders
Ø Strong financial skills to drive / evaluate impact of various business levers
Ø Analytical skills – able to analyse events / data to optimize performance
Ø Natural inclination to build capability / Be the Head Coach for the unit team
Ø Well versed in Sales Force Automation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Ø Deliver Primary target.
Ø Deliver Secondary Value target by developing market in the assigned territory
Ø Add new outlets which should contribute to achieving annual volume/value targets
Ø Drive rack productivity by planning deployments/redeployments of resources based on Rack governance protocols
Ø Increase the Unique SKU count in the outlet.
Ø Achieve trade spends productivity targets
Ø Conduct periodic Distributor health check to identify and trouble shoot issues for effective Distributor Management
Ø Coach Sales Officers through Work *with and One on One & Training
Ø Monitor progress against the plan in the Weekly Commitment Meetings and Monthly planning meetings, using tools like Execution planner
