Introduction

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-store operations within the Pokhara region to drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead by providing leadership to execute a sales strategy that will enhance the Sales Berry vision and promote customer satisfaction within all outlets.

Job Description (Regional Manager)

  • Promoting the company’s products after communicating with in-store management and marketing teams.
  • Acting as the main point of contact with vendor, suppliers, and distributors in the region.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across the region, providing reports and actionable information’s to senior management.
  • Implementing sales goals and communicating them to key individuals.
  • Prepare and manage store budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives where necessary.
  • Communicating with store managers to determine their needs.
  • Promptly responding to customer requests.
  • Maximizing growth potential of stores within the region.
  • Ensuring that stores comply with industry regulations.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, customer behavior, and competitors, and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Marketing, Sales, or related field).
  • More than 10 years of work experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, marketing, and customer service best practices.
  • The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
  • Flexibility to travel between stores as required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
