Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Sales Officer at Green Nepal Trade Link Pvt. Ltd.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of product, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Area to cover : Chitwan,Bardaghat,Bhumahi,Butwal,Bhairahawa,Chandrauta,Dang,Nepalganj,Surkhet,Dhangadi,Mahendranagar.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of job experience in the Automotive-related sales/marketing field.
• Able to develop market plans according to requirements and location-specific needs.
• Submit daily reports to the company.
• Should have reasonable presentation skills.
• Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Experience in Sales Strategies and Customer Acquisition
• Market Knowledge and Product Understanding
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2 wheeler license
