Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current social media trends, expertise in video editing, designing, and a strategic mindset for online marketing. A background in SEO and SEM is essential to drive our digital presence and ensure optimal engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, SEO, SEM).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to engage with our audience.
- Design and edit videos and graphics for digital marketing purposes.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Plan and execute SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in SEO and SEM.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
