Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Assistant at CMS Nepal Pvt Ltd located in Kathmandu. The Business Development Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to business development on a day-to-day basis.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Job Respomsibilities:
- Making appointments, visiting clients, sending proposals and closing sales.
- Maintaining good relationship with existing and possible future clients for the growth of business.
- Carrying out overall process of tender, bidding and vendor listing activities.
- Develop effective presentation to close sales and update proposals according to the company policies
- Maintain data bases of prospective and existing clients for the business development.
- Coordinate fully with all the department and make sure that right information has been sent to the right department through email on timely basis.
- Preparing memos and circulating to the departments on timely basis.
- Continuous visit to the ongoing clients in order to collect any sort of complains or feedback and report it to the respective department through HOD.
- Preparing Master, Addendum and Amendment Contract.
- Update daily work report to supervisor.
- Should visit to company to collect or drop the document as per need.
- Other duties as assigned by HOD or immediate supervisor.
