Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Curate and manage all published content, including images, videos, and written posts, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice and vision.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights to meet engagement and growth targets.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and effective.


Creative Design:

  • Design captivating and brand-consistent graphics, videos, and other digital content for social media, marketing campaigns, and client projects.
  • Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create high-quality content that meets the needs of various projects and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to develop creative concepts that elevate our campaigns and client deliverables.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Diacreatives’ brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.


Microsoft Software Proficiency:

  • Create and refine documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support client presentations and internal processes.
  • Leverage advanced Excel features for data analysis and reporting, contributing to strategy development and client insights.
  • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and creative concepts to clients.


Office Management & Administration:

  • Assist in day-to-day office management tasks, including organizing files, managing office supplies, and maintaining a productive workspace.
  • Support administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing communication with clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Creative Designer, or similar role in a creative agency or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
