Srihari Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Broker 56) is a leading stock broking company located in Kathmandu, established in 2011 A.D. The company is licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE). Srihari Securities specializes in services related to Stock Brokerage, Depositary (DeMAT) & Settlement, and Margin Trading.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Srihari Securities Pvt. Ltd. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.


An ideal candidate is expected to perform specific duties, tasks, and responsibilities, which majority of customer service representatives working with brokerage office do, as shown in the job description.


Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.


Improve customers’ brokerage experience with us by ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and all their challenges are resolved without delay.


Ensure that all the office’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties.


Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances.


Open new DMAT accounts and update KYC according to laid down rules and guidelines.


Suggest effective ways through which the office can promote its services and increase customer satisfaction.


Provide assistance to all other members of staff in other departments of the office by liaising with them through healthy interactions.


Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries and solving their problems to grant them maximum satisfaction.


Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.


Channel complex customer complaints and challenges to the right quarters for effective resolution.



Qualifications

  • Have sufficient knowledge about the brokerage services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Experience enhancement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
