Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Officer with 2-4 years of experience in Sales or the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working with international clients. This role is crucial in driving our growth and building strong partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and market presence. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and addressing their needs. Provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform business strategies and identify potential opportunities.
  • Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and contracts to secure new business and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • International Exposure: Leverage your experience with international clients to manage and nurture relationships across diverse markets. Adapt strategies to meet the needs of different regions and cultures.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Sales or the IT industry, with a focus on business development or client management.
  • International Exposure: Demonstrated experience working with international clients and managing cross-border relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of closing deals. Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in business development or sales is a plus.
  • Additional Qualities: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
