Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong sales skills and a passion for growing businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential markets, clients, and partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with the founders to convert leads into successful business deals
  • Prepare and present proposals and sales pitches to potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects


Requirements:

  • MUST: Knowledge of IT industry and past experience with overseas clients/companies.
  • MUST: A minimum of 3 years extensive experience
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and network effectively
  • A strategic thinker with a keen business sense
  • Experience in identifying growth opportunities and converting them into revenue
