Role Description
This is a Part-time, Hybrid role for a Project Team Lead at Softechpark in Kathmandu. The Project Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing software projects, leading a team of developers, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring project success through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Team Leadership, and Software Development skills
- Experience in coordinating project timelines and deliverables
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
