Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper at Sarovar Portico Birgunj in Birganj. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, managing the standards of rooms and guest services,, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, coordinating with staff, and training housekeeping team members.

Qualifications

• Hotel Management degree or diploma
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training housekeeping team members
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in housekeeping is a bonus
